8/14 NFL Preseason POD

Sean Payton does not mess around in the preseason, as Denver is 7-0 in its last seven preseason games. The Broncos shut out the Rams to conclude their 2023 preseason slate, gave up a combined 14 points in their last two preseason games in 2024 and allowed a grand total of 35 points in their trio of 2025 contests. Bo Nix will not play in this one, so Denver's offense will be run by Jarrett Stidham and Sam Ehlinger. Not even Stidham inspires any confidence after what we saw from him in the AFC Championship. As for Atlanta, Tua will play at least one series to get Friday's game started, but he is one of the most injury-prone QBs in the sport and already dealt with a back issue earlier in training camp. This matchup is tied for the second-highest total of the week, making the under an intriguing option.
